How long will it take for my order to ship?
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Since we curate items from various designers, we also include specific fit notes (e.g., 'runs small' or 'oversized fit') in the product descriptions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Riffraff ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment payments through Afterpay.
